Patrick Green, President and all of his staff and subcontractors have work diligently to bring this project to completion. By being both the owner and president of the corporation and by being and actual hands on builder, Pat knows the quality and workmanship which went into your new home. It is with these thoughts in mind that web offer you this home warranty.

Prior to the final closing, the buyer may perform a pre-occupancy inspection of the residence with an authorized agent of Greens Quality Construction, Inc.. Promptly following closing, Greens Quality Construction, Inc. will remedy or repair those items that do not meet the terms of the agreement or local building codes. Greens Quality Construction, Inc. warrants that for a period of one year following the closing date, it's work will substantially conform to the terms of the agreement set fourth by both the buyer and Greens Quality Construction, Inc. and will conform to the standards of the industry. Such warranty is is separated form and addition to warranties, if any, extended by manufacturers of components, or by subcontractors. Buyer shall give written notice to Greens Quality Construction, Inc. of any defect upon promptly upon discovery. Greens Quality Construction, Inc. is not responsible for any indirect, special, or consequential damages in connection with the project. The foregoing warranty excludes any material or labor furnished or supplied by buyer or buyers agent.

Greens Quality Construction, Inc. shall make contact with the buyer at at a periodic intervals to certain any warranty items that may require the attention of Greens Quality Construction, Inc. or it's subcontractors. These follow-up warranty periods shall be at 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, and 365 days. Greens Quality Construction, Inc. may schedule such time of service in a prompt time frame, mutually acceptable to both the buyer and Greens Quality Construction, Inc.

Maintenance issues shall be the responsibility of the buyer. Non-maintentance procedures which shall determined to cause warranty issues, shall not be the responsibility of Greens Quality Construction, Inc. and shall void he warranty of these items. Examples of non-maintenance items could be caulking causing water damage, the changing of exterior grade work, or the improper loading of shelving and cabinetry.

It shall be the responsibility of the buyer to fill out and send to the proper manufacturer the required warranty information cars supplied by Greens Quality Construction, Inc. Any documentation required by manufacturers may be requested by the buyer. Greens Quality Construction, Inc. will make every reasonable effort to meet these requests.

In the event that that a problem should arise, please refer to the subcontractor list provided and contact them directly. This will eliminate the involvement of an additional party and should speed up the correction process. If satisfaction and service cannot be obtained in this manner, please call contact Greens Quality Construction, Inc. and we will give the matter our prompt attention.
